Each week learn relaxation techniques and practices to help you:

 

  • reduce stress 

  • calm your mind 

  • and cultivate a greater sense of peace and balance in your life

​

We will explore different aspect of relaxation including:

 

  •  breathing exercises 

  • muscle relaxation 

  • mindfulness 

  • and visualization.

​

All you need to do is bring a blanket to drape over you whilst you're relaxing.

If you wish to try lying down you will need to bring a yoga mat and a pillow for your head

​

You don't have to wait for the next relaxation dates
