Sessions
Starting Sunday 23rd April 7.15pm -8.15pm
At the Visitor Centre at Highfield Park in St Albans
Each week learn relaxation techniques and practices to help you:

reduce stress
-
calm your mind
-
and cultivate a greater sense of peace and balance in your life
We will explore different aspect of relaxation including:
-
breathing exercises
-
muscle relaxation
-
mindfulness
-
and visualization.
All you need to do is bring a blanket to drape over you whilst you're relaxing.
If you wish to try lying down you will need to bring a yoga mat and a pillow for your head
End your week feeling relaxed so you can start the week feeling refreshed
