Anxiety

Depression is a low mood that lasts for long time. People with depression may withdraw and find everyday life is harder and lack motivation. It can range in severity from mild, moderate and severe depression, symptoms will vary from person to person and could include feeling tearful, agitated or irritable, loss of energy, lack of motivation, weight loss/gain, loss of pleasure in activities amongst others.

Insomnia

Sleep is important and getting the right amount of sleep for you is crucial for physical and mental health. Finding it difficult to get to sleep, waking in the night or waking early can affect all aspects of life.
