Service Description

Life can be stressful particularly and often we forget to take time for ourselves. This is your chance to settle back in the comfort of your own home and enjoy a guided relaxation to help you destress and gain some tips on how to look after your wellbeing. Sessions take place over zoom and all you need is somewhere quiet that you can sit or lie down, a blanket to make yourself comfortable .

To cancel or reschedule 24 hours notice is required otherwise payment in full will be taken
