A little about me...

As a Solution focused hypnotherapist I am here to help you find the tools that you need to make the changes that you want by offering a relaxed and friendly service. Hypnotherapy accesses the subconscious part of the mind and focuses on looking at what you would like to achieve using trance (a deep state of relaxation) and talking therapy.
